The invention relates to computer technology, specifically to information systems for providing services to advertisers in respect of information interchange with an advertisement consumer. The technical result consists in implementing information interchange within the realms of a USSD session with an advertisement consumer. The system for information interchange with an advertisement consumer provides the option of receiving calls from a consumer which are organized in accordance with a user response principle incorporated in the advertisement and comprises a processing unit for voice calls from subscribers to a cellular network and a unit implementing USSD dialog logic. The method describes the operation of this system.
