The invention relates to means for the cleaning and restorative care of items of clothing and haberdashery made of natural fur and natural leather, for use professionally and non-professionally. A wipe consists of individual sheets of a nonwoven material having at least one layer. 1 m² of nonwoven material weighs at least 80 g. The material contains at least 70% natural fibers, and is saturated with a solution containing water and an active substance comprising a mixture of plant extracts. The concentration of active substance in the solution is at least 1 mL per 1 L of water. As a result, it is possible to impart characteristics to leather or fur which are similar to those in nature, to reduce the allergic and environmental impacts of cleaning such items, and to enhance the practical properties of the items, such as thermal protection and moisture protection, while improving the durability and appearance of the items.

(FR)L’invention se rapporte au domaine des moyens pour l’entretien nettoyant ou de restauration d’articles d’habillage et de mercerie en fourrure naturelle ou en cuir naturel, tant pour un usage professionnel que non professionnel. Cette serviette se présente sous forme de feuilles distinctes d’un matériau non tissé comprenant au moins une couche. La masse 1 m2 du matériau non tisé est d’au moins 80 g. Le matériau comprend au moins 70% de fibres naturelles, et est imprégné d’une solution contenant de l’eau et une substance active consistant en un mélange d’extraits de matière première végétale. La concentration en substance active de la solution est d’au moins 1 ml pour 1 l d’eau. Il est ainsi possible de donner au cuir ou à la fourrure des propriétés proches de propriétés naturelles, de réduire les conséquences allergiques et écologiques après le nettoyage des articles et d’augmenter les propriétés d’exploitation des article ainsi que les propriétés de protection thermique et de protection contre l’humidité, et d’agir sur la portabilité des articles et leur aspect externe lors de leur utilisation.

Материал выполнен содержащим не менее 70% натуральных волокон, и пропитан раствором, содержащим воду и действующее вещество, которое представляет собой смесь вытяжек из растительного сырья. Концентрация действующего вещества в растворе не менее 1 мл на 1 л воды. (EN)The invention relates to means for the cleaning and restorative care of clothing and haberdashery made of natural fur and natural leather, for use professionally and non-professionally. A composition for caring for and restoring products made of natural fur or leather contains water and a solution containing a mixture of plant extracts having the properties of: adsorption; neutralizing the harmful effects of water and chemical reagents; tanning; antiseptic properties; and enhancing the elasticity and strength of a product. The invention additionally relates to means containing the composition. The proposed invention allows for restoring the original appearance of a product by means of the ability of natural fur or leather to absorb helpful plant substances and to repel foreign components and impurities.
(FR)L’invention concerne des produits destinés à l’entretien de nettoyage et de revitalisation des articles vestimentaires et de maroquinerie en vraie fourrure ou en cuir naturel destinés à un usage professionnel ou non professionnel. La composition pour l’entretien d’articles en fourrure véritable ou en cuir naturel comprend de l’eau et une solution contenant un mélange d’extraits de matière végétale possédant des propriétés d’adsorption, de neutralisation d’effet nocif de l’eau et de réactifs chimiques, de tannage, des propriétés antiseptiques, d’augmentation d’élasticité et de résistance de l’article. L’invention concerne également des produits comprenant la composition. L’invention permet de redonner à l’article son aspect initial grâce à la capacité de la fourrure ou du cuir naturel d’accueillir des substances végétales utiles et de repousser les composants étrangers ainsi que les salissures.

The inventive method and system for carrying out said method make it possible to provide the travelling subscribers of the mobile cellular communication networks (MCC) with a service for monitoring their movements between the MCC networks of GSM and UMTS standards, or between the segments of said networks and for informing the recipients selected by the subscriber or another authorised person about the arrival of the subscriber at a new place. Said service requires neither to additionally modify nor update the existing infrastructure of the MCC networks or to introduce additional functionality into the infrastructure elements. Owing to the automatic monitoring and information, said service dispenses the subscribers, upon their arrival at a new place, with the necessity of calling the relatives or sending short SMS to them about that. It is particularly important that the service enables disabled persons (blind, deaf-and-dumb persons and persons suffering from hand and finger arthritis diseases, etc) to inform, without problems, the relatives about their arrival at destination. Methods and system are provided for travelling subscribers of a mobile cellular communication networks (MCC) with a service for monitoring their movement in the coverage areas of the network and informing third persons about their movements. Travelling subscribers are provided a service for monitoring their movements between the MCC networks of GSM and UMTS standards, or between the segments of the networks, and for informing the recipients selected by the subscriber, or another authorized person, about the arrival of the subscriber. The service does not require modification or updating of the existing network infrastructure, or additional functionality for the infrastructure elements. The invention relates to the field of chemistry, petroleum chemistry and oil and gas processing, and specifically to devices and systems for separating heterogeneous liquid mixes and can be used in particular for separating water-hydrocarbon mixes. What is proposed is: a process for organizing the separation of liquid emulsions, said process comprising the use of a device for separating liquid emulsions comprising a housing equipped with a starting emulsion feed pipe, at least two pipes for separate discharge of the components of the emulsion, and at least one filter unit arranged inside the housing, said filter unit comprising layers of coalescent filter material, in which the filter unit divides the volume of the housing into an upper part and a lower part,; wherein the starting emulsion feed pipe and the pipe for discharging one of the components of the emulsion are arranged in the upper part of the housing above the filter unit, while the pipe for discharging the second component of the emulsion is arranged in the lower part of the housing beneath the filter unit. The housing can comprise an outer support structure with a design which makes it possible for the housing of the device to be arranged, during use, in such a way that the filter unit is arranged horizontally or with an ascent in the direction of passage of the emulsion. The filter unit can comprise layers of a cellular metal foam or an alloy, or a combination thereof with other filter materials. The technical effect of the claimed invention consists in substantially increasing the effectiveness of the separation of liquid emulsions.

The invention relates to methods and systems for delivering electronically requested services, namely to methods and systems enabling the operator of a mobile cellular communication network to deliver additional services and a mobile content to the subscribers thereof. The services are also deliverable to the subscribers of the mobile cellular communication networks of other operators (visitor subscribers) with which said operator has roaming agreements. The technical result of the invention consists in that the claimed method and system for carrying out it enable the operator of a mobile cellular communication network to deliver any non-voice premium rate services for visitor subscribers, to charge said services independently of a delivery procedure and to correctly carry out reciprocal payments with the operator of an in-home mobile cellular communication network. Moreover, the operators are not obliged to modify the procedure for carrying out the reciprocal payments with their roaming partners, and a subscriber is enabled to easily use the extended service range and to pay said services from his personal mobile account and is not obliged to have plastic bank cards or other payment means with him.

The invention relates to a method for distributing advertising messages in a cellular network. The technical result consists in the possibility of sending a message to a user which combines balance information and advertising information. Use is made of a GSM73G cellular communication network, advertising message information, messages with a user’s balance information, and a system which takes requests from users for receipt of balance information using the USSD protocol and combines balance information and an advertising message in a single resulting message which is sent to the user. In order to select the advertising message, an algorithm which takes into consideration the requirements of the advertiser and the advertiser’s advertisement campaign is additionally determined, and a system controlling the selection of the advertising message on the basis of the algorithm which takes into consideration the requirements of the advertiser and the advertiser’s advertisement campaign is used.

The invention relates to methods and systems for conducting distributed transactions. The method comprises collecting and transmitting information, setting up a USSD session with a user of a mobile device, and using safe communication channels. The collection of information is performed from information-containing components or GSM/UMTS mobile cellular communication networks or LBS systems of GSM/UMTS mobile cellular communication operators or a GPS system or Wi-Fi positioning systems or combinations thereof. The transmission of information is performed by sending an SMS message to a user’s mobile device in the transaction mode via Signalling System No. 7 (SS7) network components. The structure comprises an interface unit, which is connected to the transaction system, an information unit, which is connected to the interface unit and is designed to collect information, an SMS unit, which is connected to the interface unit and to the SS7 network components, and a USSD unit, which has a connection to the interface unit and to the SS7 network components. The setting-up of the USSD session is performed via SS7 network components with a user of a mobile device which is registered in either a home or a visited GSM/UMTS mobile cellular communication network.
