The invention relates to methods and systems for delivering electronically requested services, namely to methods and systems enabling the operator of a mobile cellular communication network to deliver additional services and a mobile content to the subscribers thereof. The services are also deliverable to the subscribers of the mobile cellular communication networks of other operators (visitor subscribers) with which said operator has roaming agreements. The technical result of the invention consists in that the claimed method and system for carrying out it enable the operator of a mobile cellular communication network to deliver any non-voice premium rate services for visitor subscribers, to charge said services independently of a delivery procedure and to correctly carry out reciprocal payments with the operator of an in-home mobile cellular communication network. Moreover, the operators are not obliged to modify the procedure for carrying out the reciprocal payments with their roaming partners, and a subscriber is enabled to easily use the extended service range and to pay said services from his personal mobile account and is not obliged to have plastic bank cards or other payment means with him.

The invention relates to methods and system for providing additional services to the subscribers of a mobile cellular communication network, in particular to methods and systems providing travelling subscribers with a service of monitoring, according to their wish, their movement amongst the coverage areas of the mobile cellular communication networks and informing third persons about said movements. The inventive method and system for carrying out said method make it possible to provide the travelling subscribers of the mobile cellular communication networks (MCC) with a service for monitoring their movements between the MCC networks of GSM and UMTS standards, or between the segments of said networks and for informing the recipients selected by the subscriber or another authorised person about the arrival of the subscriber at a new place.; Said service requires neither to additionally modify nor update the existing infrastructure of the MCC networks or to introduce additional functionality into the infrastructure elements. Owing to the automatic monitoring and information, said service dispenses the subscribers, upon their arrival at a new place, with the necessity of calling the relatives or sending short SMS to them about that. It is particularly important that the service enables disabled persons (blind, deaf-and-dumb persons and persons suffering from hand and finger arthritis diseases, etc) to inform, without problems, the relatives about their arrival at destination.

The invention relates to a method for distributing advertising messages in a cellular network. The technical result consists in the possibility of sending a message to a user which combines balance information and advertising information. Use is made of a GSM73G cellular communication network, advertising message information, messages with a user’s balance information, and a system which takes requests from users for receipt of balance information using the USSD protocol and combines balance information and an advertising message in a single resulting message which is sent to the user. In order to select the advertising message, an algorithm which takes into consideration the requirements of the advertiser and the advertiser’s advertisement campaign is additionally determined, and a system controlling the selection of the advertising message on the basis of the algorithm which takes into consideration the requirements of the advertiser and the advertiser’s advertisement campaign is used.

The invention relates to methods and systems for conducting distributed transactions. The method comprises collecting and transmitting information, setting up a USSD session with a user of a mobile device, and using safe communication channels. The transmission of information is performed by sending an SMS message to a user’s mobile device in the transaction mode via Signalling System No. 7 (SS7) network components. The structure comprises an interface unit, which is connected to the transaction system, an information unit, which is connected to the interface unit and is designed to collect information, an SMS unit, which is connected to the interface unit and to the SS7 network components, and a USSD unit, which has a connection to the interface unit and to the SS7 network components. The setting-up of the USSD session is performed via SS7 network components with a user of a mobile device which is registered in either a home or a visited GSM/UMTS mobile cellular communication network.

The claimed system comprises, connected to the cellular communications network infrastructure network and to one another: a request reception unit for receiving requests according to the SMPP, MAP or ISUP protocol; and a bundling unit for delivering services to users. The request reception unit is connected to the Internet or the PSTN, whereas the bundling unit is connected to the request reception unit, service provider devices and a service delivery module.

The claimed invention relates to methods and systems for routing connections.
